Cut, blow, cut some more. Re-blow, sometime razor. Several different pair of scissors might be used. At  Hair Color Group it’s rarely ever as simple as cut, blow and go. That’s due to an unprecedented passion for precision. A passion that transcends delivering a specific style, but a style that’s perfectly paired to the wearer.

Owner/Stylist Dalgiza Barros’ delivery of perfection is the result of a decade of work in the beauty industry. Having traveled the world over to learn of advanced techniques in cut, color, and keratin, Dalgiza’s commitment – to herself and her clients – is to stay ahead of the ever-changing fashion curve.

Understanding a client’s hair fabric, her lifestyle, and stylistic preferences is all part of Dalgiza’s process; a methodology that requires really knowing her clients, which is why they stay with her for years and years.

A graduate of the University of MA at Amherst with a B.A. in entrepreneurial studies, Dalgiza’s advanced education includes study at Vidal Sassoon Academy in Toronto and London. Dalgiza was also a salon educator for Joico for many years where she had the privilege of working with famous stylists Tabitha and Anthony Morrison from Shear Genius.
